Job Description

SUMMARY:

Ensures that all documentation, as contained in the production order package, required for the processing of orders in accordance with customer requirements, is complete and in place for timely production activities. Performs a variety of related duties involving production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assembles, controls, and issues the Production Order Package, assuring required documentation is complete, approved, properly coded, and in place for the timely processing of respective orders in accordance with production schedules.
  • Completes Component Reconciliation, based on data obtained from Production and Quality Assurance.
  • Produces a job cost report for each production run, based on labor and material data from production reports.
  • Track labor hours per production activity.
  • Utilizes personal computers and standard applications software to maintain, set up, and produce reports of standard information, and to compose and produce memos and correspondence.
  • Performs related duties, which may include gathering and compiling standard information, arranging, producing, and distributing reports, copying, organizing, and filing documents, etc.
  • Maintains complete, accurate files, records, and documents relative to assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Requires a good working knowledge of business office procedures and documentation requirements for the production of pharmaceutical products, proficiency in the use of standard application software, and the ability to develop reports of standard information on personal computers.

Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm Fully on site
